We are looking for a Client Success/Account Manager (Digital Marketing) to lead our team! You will be responsible for overseeing the client success team and ensure team and company goals are met and exceeded.
- Create an inspiring team environment with an open communication culture.
- Oversee all aspects of your team's accounts.
- Manage individual accounts and campaigns.
- Ensure all posts are checked before they go off and all ads are checked in a timely manner.
- Act as liaison between client and account manager when needed.
- Hold account managers accountable for all tasks assigned to them.
- Set clear team goals, delegate tasks, and set deadlines for your team.
- Hold weekly check-in meetings with each team member. (1-2-1s)
- Motivate team members.
- Participate in Sales-Client Success handoffs/calls.
